Makes about ½ cup

2 tablespoons boiling water
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Calvados
2 cups strained confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons corn syrup

Combine all of the ingredients together and stir until smooth. If glaze becomes too thick to spoon onto cookies, add 1 - 2 drops of very hot water to thin.

Makes enough glaze for 4 dozen cookies (½ teaspoon per cookie)
